As per the document in FOI dated 11-MAY-2010 there are

1) We have 10 caseworking teams, consisting, on average, 13 caseworkers per team, working on the Tier 1 FLR applications in the UK Border Agency North East, Yorkshire and the Humber region. Please note that the number of caseworkers can fluctuate.

2) We received 22,770 Tier 1 applications for consideration in the region from main applicants during the period 5 January to 13 April 2010. We received 6,730 Tier 1 applications from dependant applicants during this period.

3) Five decisions per day is the current target of a Tier1 caseworker.
