ILR Dependent English Language Requirement

Hi,

Sorry if it is a duplicate post .. I got my ILR on 3rd November 2011. I am planning to bring my wife as ILR dependent , in order to meet english language requirement she got a degree taught in english .. Is it mandatory to provide Medium Of Instruction letter along with Original Degree Certificate.
