I suggest keeping following structure of information. Please add details as necessary.
I have provided my details below

1. Current vignette: spouse to ILR
2. Date of expiry of current leave (visa) : June 2012
3. Number of applicants: 1
4. Home Office Location: Croydon
5. Time of appointment: 1500
6. Date of Appointment attended: 17 April 2012
7. Reason given by case worker: Biometric results pending. All other details fine.
8. If call received, date of call received:<awaiting>
9. Date Passport, Documents and letter of approval received: <awaiting> 25/04 approval and passport returned.
10. Date (new) leave to remain valid from: <awaiting>
11. Date BRP received: <awaiting>
From what I can gather anybody who applied on the same day as i did could well be waiting for two months for the postman to knock. God that was an expensive decision not to opt for postal application, and no recourse for a refund. i have been waiting in anxiously for the post this last week but now won't bother for a month. Does anybody have any idea, is the special delivery likely to come in the mornings or can it also come in the afternoons, please?

My case was allocated to a case worker. She said documents are all fine and she approved the application and waiting for BRP. After an hour of wait she said its highly unlikely to get BRP same day and I will get a call sometime next week. Fingers Crossed and hope for the best.
