Biometric letter lost somewhere

Post by Javedkhan5555 » Thu Apr 19, 2012 10:08 pm

I have been told by home office that my biometric letter was sent on 27th March but have not received it so far. Had already informed UKBA and they confirmed that they will look in to this.
Does anyone has similar experience? Why post would be lost in mail? do they issue new letters soon? Is there anyway to check it at post office? :(

Hi Javed,
If you are sure letter is lost, you can request home office to send another one. AFAIK letters are send in 2nd class post so not traceable from post office.
