unsure about Accommodation

Post by raoulll » Fri Apr 20, 2012 6:57 pm

Hello everyone,

I have queries about accommodation as I would like to sponsor my future wife, the only problem is that I live in big house (5 bedrooms) on the top floor which was converted to studio flat(separated toilet, shower and small Spam), I got tenancy agreement and TV licence(writing the top floor in the address) but all the utilities bills is on landlord name.
do you think is acceptable as accommodation or I have to rent another one.
Hope to hear advices and suggestions from everyone on this board...

thanks in advance.

if i got a letter from my private landlord to describe the property amount of rooms, other people living there and that it meets overcrowding act and that he is happy for me and hubby to have one room for private use plus the tenancy agreement do you think is enough?
