Can you guys guide me regarding Evidence we need to provide.
I'm Employed and Self Employed as well.
For employed I'm submitting
Employer Letter
Payslips
personal bank statements
P60
for Self employed
letter from HMRC
Dividends voucher
Accountant letter
Company Profit/loss account for last year ? (Do i need to submit last 3 years or last one will be ok ?
My accounts are Jan - Dec - I will apply in July so do i need to submit accounts from JAn - July for this year ?

Is that enough or do we need to submit more evidence ?
I have seen in the forum . people are not submitting invoices , business bank statements etc ? can you advise please.
other than that . Like i was working for company in 2009 and went to holidays. do i need to get the letter from that company back in 2009 and tell them to write a letter and say about my annual leave entitlement ??
or i can just write the dates in the form and say annual leave ?
You know its very hard to get those letter after 3 years
please advice.
