For Overseas earing as consultant need registration HMRC?

For Overseas earing as consultant need registration HMRC?

Dear Friends,

My HSMP+tier1 visa extension will be in February,2013 can i show my overseas earing with my present employer with whom i am continue my employment and move to uk and working with my present copmany on internet daily for technical work and business development in UK.
I wish to claim as actual without any uplift ratio while i am working in UK also.

or I have to register with HMRC for overseas earing?

my home country earning i will pay tax in home country for earning but will transfer my money in UK in my same account.

You should call HMRC to go through everything - I'm not entirely sure of your respective employment & residency situations here so it's best to just consult them.

Here's what they say on the matter anyway:

... the correct number to call is in the 'Contact us' section of the HMRC website.
