Hello all,

I'am new to this forum but hopes someone can help me.

I am planning to apply for naturalisation on the basis of been married to a british citizen but a bit worried it might be refused. I was granted ILR early this year but got married april 2009(3 years ago), 6 months of this 3yrs was part of the two years post study visa.

Can somebody advice if I can apply now or have to wait till next year?

Probably now, if you were in the UK three years ago, etc.
