how long funds need in account

how long i need to show 50000 pound in personal account like month , week or more. and how long bank statement need for proving investment

There is no specific time or duration for the investment funds.You can even put the funds 2 days before your application and provide UKBA with the Bank letter.
To be on the safe side its always better to have funds in your account till the time your application is with the UKBA.

Do not confuse it with maintenance funds as they need to be in your current or saving account for at least 90 days period prior to your application.

but removing fund after visa will create hassel in extnsion as no real investment made in country.
