When can I apply for Citizenship?

I arrived in the Uk in April 2009 on a fiance visa. I got married 18 Sept then applied for the further leave to remain (2 years) granted 6 Jan 2010. On the 18 Feb 2012 I was granted permanent residence.
My question is when can I apply for naturalisation??
is it 12 months after my ILR so after 18 Feb 2013
or can I apply for it in April 2012 which is 3 years since I arrived or can't I because it was a fiance visa??

If you are married to a British Citizen you can apply 3 years after you arrived in the UK on your fiance visa - April 2012.

I can't get to a NCS venue till at least July, live on an island miles away from anywhere. My application is all ready to go so would you just send it off by post as it would you give you about 7 weeks head start on the application process.
I just like the idea that I can keep my passport with me.
