28 days rule and peo

I am applying via peo tomorrow but my qualifying period is 28th of may...am I only allowed to apply up to 28days earlier if applying by post? Will i get rejected if applied tomorrow via peo on basis not completed 5ys period?

But it appears that the person who handled this enquiry doesnt know what they are talking about. From a few success stories the 28 days rule applies to both PEO and postal applicants. So I am going to go ahead with it tomorrow.

Thanks a lot for the thread please keep us updated with your PEO experience.

I always believe that its 28 days before the maturity period that's what I've seen always in the past with many people who has applied for their ILR no matter if you wanted to make a postal application or a PEO application 28 days before the maturity of 5 years rule applies to every single application.

Good luck for your ILR.
