ILR Refused based on over stay out of UK. Please Help Guys

Post by Ralf123 » Fri May 04, 2012 2:16 pm

Please help me to clarify below

I have two questions:

1. My ILR Refused based on over stay out of UK and told me to go for Appeal, if Refused again can I apply for Extention of Tier 1 whatever period of Absence(398) to compensate.

2. Can I compensate this period by applying for new work permit and then apply ILR. If you find some details please share me.....Thanks in Advance

Thanks in Advance
Ralf

What was your immigration status before you applied for settlement?
When did that leave expire?
When did you receive the refusal?

My status was Tier 1 General(HSMP Jud Review 2+3, Application date was March 13th 2006).

I was on holidays and sick leave all together over 260 days during this period

All I require they told me to go for Appeal, will I be given Further Leave or completely refuse ??

Thanks In Advance

In addition to the questions asked above,

1. How many times were you absent from UK for more than 90 days in a single trip?
2. Is this 260 days absence continuous, i.e. - in one single trip?
