Spouse Visa from India

Post by crl234 » Wed May 09, 2012 4:19 am

Hi

I am recently (April 2012) married to a guy who got PR in Feb 2012. I want to apply for spouse visa from hyderabad, india. I have got a quick question regarding the english language language requirement. I have completed my B.Sc and M.B.A from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. I have got Original B.Sc and M.B.A degree. I have also taken a letter from university stating that my 2 years M.B.A course is taught in English.

I need following clarifications:

1) Is MBA from Nagarjuna University is sufficient?
2) when i am completing Section 8.1.3 of form (VAF4A), do i need to state that I am exempt from english language requirement
3) when i checked in Points calculator, i can clearly see my university is in list, but it is showing me 'zero' points. This is where i am very much worried.

Please advise me. Thanks a lot in advance.
