Tier 1 Dependant Document Check List

Post by aragon » Sun May 13, 2012 1:24 am

Hi All,

I am applying for my Tier 1 Extension Via. PEO in August. However, have decided to apply for my Wife and 2 kids dependant's application seperately by post, as its cheaper that way. My wife and son are on Tier 1 Dependant Visa and my daughter is born in june so this is her first application. My Visa is expiring End of August. I have 2 Question:

Q1:- Can I send all the dependant's application in a Single Envelope or Do I need to send them seperately?

Q2: Can you please check the below mentioned document list and let me know if I am missing anything?

Dependant 1(Wife):

1. Application Form
2. Her Passport
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Photocopy of my Passport
5. Photocopy of my BRP
6. 3 Months Bank Statement of our Joint Account for Maintainance Fund

Dependant 2(Son 7 year old):

1. Application Form
2. His Passport
3. Birth Certificate
4. Photocopy of my Passport
5. Photocopy of my BRP
6. 3 Months Bank Statement of our Joint Account for Maintainance Fund

Dependant 3(Daughter 10 month):

1. Application Form
2. Her Passport
3. Birth Certificate
4. Photocopy of my Passport
5. Photocopy of my BRP
6. 3 Months Bank Statement of our Joint Account for Maintainance Fund

Thanks in advance for all your help.

You can send them all in one envelope, I have done this in the past. You may need to have a cover letter explaining this, and requesting they consider the application after a decision is made on yours as the main applicant. The documents included seem ok.
