apply through the lmmigration lawyer vs in person & post

Post by ramay » Sun May 13, 2012 8:12 pm

What is the advantage apply through the immigration lawyer compared to other ways from UKBA point of view?Is CW consider such cases stronger, with same docs compared applying by other ways?

I have a single absence over 90 business related and have all supporting documents..and I know how to fill up the form. What a lawyer can add apart authority?
Is worth to pay £800-900 just for that?

Good question.. I would love if some sr. members can answer your question...
Something similar applies to me and I'm confused weather to apply through the lawyer or go straight on...

Immigration lawyers are only worth when you are not aware of the immigration laws or your case is really confusing where you need a lot of explaining and don't know how to put that on paper.

Everything is explained in detail on the UKBA website. If you can spare some time, I don't think you need a lawyer if your case is straight forward.

And with regards to the Psycological effect of this guys on the case workers. I doubt it matters for a straight forward case.

Unfortunately my case is not a straightforward(more than 90 days absence in single trip almost 4.5 months)But what I can change.Only solution that my employer can admit that was necessary for the company and unavoidable. That letter I have. What a lawyer can add to this???
