Hi,

Can I make entrepreneur team with my friend outside the UK, when me and all investment are in UK?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks tuliprose.

But than what does this point mean.

For money held in the UK only,
The account must be in your own name only (or both names for an entrepreneurial team) only. Accounts in the name of a business or third party will not be accepted (Point 100, Page 19)

And as I said that money is in UK on my name, so I need to act as third party for my friend but according to this point, third party statement is not accepted for money held in UK.

This is what I understand, if anybody has some other view on this point than please share.
