This is really frustrating..
Application base on Human Right/protection/withdrew/Asylum in 2007
MP involved.
I've sent more than 10 letters, emails, to HO.
The last email i got from them was they will update me in 20 days, till now i never hear from them.
Very sad sad sad sad sad...
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Fingers crossed...
God must answer me this month of July 2013, and so for others too.
Amen.
Congratulations Time 503Time503 wrote:I do pray for you seriously that you get a decision this month. Sometimes when I think that I've been waiting over 9 months and see someone like you who has been waiting for over 15 months I get more puzzled.ale001 wrote:It's now ONE YEAR AND 3 MONTHS i've been waiting for a decision on my application.

Congratulations so are u 18 now? You can still go to uni this year all the bestcissily wrote:Ive been granted on the grounds of private life, 276ADE of immigration rules - under 18, and lived in the UK for at least 7 years.
Been here since i was 8, family overstayed because of some mix up with the visa, we didnt have enough money to get solicitor to sort it out back then. Was suppose to go to uni this year but couldnt because of this so i decided to sort it out myself once and for all. Had amazing support from Coram Children Legal Centre who has helped me all the way.
Hope this helps anyone who may be in a similar situation to me.
Ok that sounds the best thing to do. Were u giving 30months?cissily wrote:@GodGives
No i didnt, i was an overstayer
@Shondra Sharma
We made the decision to put in an application just for me because the lady who advised me said that if we apply as a family, she thinks we would most likely be refused initially and we would have to fight our case at the immigration court, where she thought our case should be strong enough to win. However, i have already put off not going to uni for a year, so i dont have the time to fight the drawn out battle of appeals etc. i have a little sister who is turning 7 soon and so my parents are going to apply on the grounds of her when she turns 7.
