@DAVDAV DONT WORRY GIVE THEM TIME ...U KNOW THEY STILL NEED TIME TO VERIFY ALL THE UTILITY BILLS U SENT TO THEM IF ITS GENUINE OR NOT..SO DONT PANIC AND ALSO THE FACT DAT PPLE GOT REFUSED DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL BE REFUSED.... U WILL BE OK

You have not spent 20yrs in the UK.

This is all they considered. Waiting 15months and this is all they come up with. I will fight back
Hello GodGives, dont worry too much about the refusal , keep fighting and stay strong.

Hi guys need to ask this question.

If i apply for my FLR(O) before the they change the 3 years to 2.5yrs, will the OH still grant the 3 years or the 2.5yrs?

I applied before they change the 3 years to 2.5 but no decision yet, so i want to know if they will still grant the 3 years if the applicant apply before the new law of 2.5 yrs.

Thanks
Ale001

I tink if you was granted 3 year before on discretionary and your exending u will get another 3 year dats da 6 year route to indefinate. But if your fresh applicant then you will get the 2.5 year they will consider u under new rules..

I'm here hun, still no news I haven't seen my postman for the past 2 days now. I rang them yesterday the guy put me on hold to check if anything as been sent out then after 3-4 mins he came back and states a decision hasn't made yet and they working on it. But I felt like the application as been complete but because they haven't despatched it as yet he couldn't tell me its complete because its against their rules they not meant to tell u until it as been despatched. When u tink of it why would he put me on hold and states he's gona check if anything as been sent out if it wasn't complete he should av been able to tell me straight away because everything is right infront him.

I'm just hoping for the best for all of us.

Hi all,
I am one of the secret follower of this site and this keeps me strength up and I decided to write down my story to have a bit support from u guys.
I have limited leave to remain visa under the asylum and human rights act and my husband is a failed asylum seeker and a overstayer. We have 2 year old daughter, who born here but she also have the same visa as mine. My husband did sent a flr(o) application in August..but still no reply at all. This makes me really depressed and I don't know what do. Anybody have a similar situation like me? And I didn't show any financial support. I am really worried......

Our time line

Apllication sent: August 2012
Biometric done: Feb 2013
Decision: waiting..............

No babe I think they gona consider him under new rules I see people who applied before the rules came in and decisions made after the rules and they we granted 30 months 2.5 years. If you are doing extension then u will be granted the 3 years
