hello ali90.legacy application is the asylum application which your parent were refused on.i would advice you and your sister to focus on the legacy case because I think you guys have a good chance of being granted indefinite leave
how can i be granted indefinite leave if my sister flro was refused?

i dont even know who to contact regarding the legacy application and what is their requirements and how long they will take to make decision on it

only parents were refused and i think the judge or HO said that we are over 18 now so we need to make our own application . but i rang HO yesterday and they said i have legacy as outstanding too and also when the mp rang HO regarding my sister. they said her flro is refused and she will be considered under legacy application so i am confused

am sure you and your sister still have a valid asylum application according to the home office record regardless the refusal of ur parents.i would advice you and yr sister to write to the home office asylum department and follow up ur legacy case.i have a feeling both of you will be granted indefinite leave under the legacy (asylum ) applicantion

Thanks for your support guys but am not working illegally. Cos the law says that after your tier 4 course ends officially you can work full time and that's what I did and when I submittedy application before my visa expired I was still working full time as am no ore in term time and also law says you can continue the old conditions is that illegal??? Please help guys
Then I suppose you are fine. You should hear from them in few days. If I were you, I would start rejoicing. I believe you gonna get your good news very soon. :)
I pray so guys hmm

Apparently you have to first contact your MP, then Ombudsman hun.

Have you made a complaint to Home Office already?

I think so, coz I raised this question with my solicitor and he didnt sound keen....

So as soon as my 6 months are up (31/07/2013) I will be making complaints myself without my solicitors assistance.

The only thing is you have to make a complaint to HO first, before involving MP and Ombudsman hun. They should get back to you within 20 days, but obviously if they dont, then straight to MP and Ombudsman.

Good luck hun!
