congratulations to you!
Ive just thouroughly read the ukba letter
and they indeed grant me 5 years under appendix fm
r-ltr.1.1
Instead of the 10 years a applied for under flr o.
strange things do really happen.
congrats hun...taribo wrote:Good news!!!!'
Just received the letter from the ukba granting me
30 months.
and it says i will be eligible for settlement after a continious
of 60 months in the uk!
I am baffled as i applied for the 10 years family route
on flr o and not flr m.
60 months is 5 years right?
anyway god bless you all and i wish all member of
Brothers in this thread to be granted the visa and
move on with their lives.
Sanny, just as a reference :-sanny26 wrote:I've got 3 year DLR back in 2009 and i've got recourse to public fund doing my extension now does it mean i will be granted 2.5 years with no recourse to public funds?

" Applications for further leave from an individual granted up to 3 years Discretionary Leave before 9 July 2012 must be subject to an Active Review.
Decision makers must consider whether the circumstances prevailing at the time of the original grant of leave continue at the date of the decision.
If the circumstances remain the same and the criminality thresholds do not apply, a further period of 3 years Discretionary Leave should be granted."
