You are warmly welcome. I agree with believe2013 you need to declare the driving ban, however, you have a very strong case. No matter the out come of this pending application you are still going to overcome. 8/14 is just round the corner
@ Kukuwife and Believe2013, I thank you for your words of wisdom and advice. I disclosed all my convictions as feared that they might consider any ommission an attempt at deception.
Am seriously loving this forum....living in a village in the middle of the sticks, I felt that my case was unique and sharing my concerns with cronies and even my wife , well, they are supportive but do not know anything about the immigration minefield. Once again, thank you all, and congrats to all the success stories I am seeing.
P/S.... I report and sign on at a police station once a month and have never failed to attend.
However, I got a letter a few weeks ago from Enforcement Team, stating that I had missed my last one, and they were threatening all sorts. I went to the police station to clarify, and they assured me that they did not tell them any such thing, and actually phoned them in my presence stating this.
Has anyone experienced this or is it my mind working overtime suspecting any and everything. I suppose it could just be some clerical error.....just thought I'd share.
