ILR - LONG RESIDENCY 10 YEARS

Post by SPhilip » Wed May 16, 2012 4:33 pm

Hello everyone

I am applying for ILR based on long term residency in August this year. In addition to the Knowledge of Life in the UK test results, what other documents need to be sent along with the application? Greatly appreciate your help.[/b]

Thanks for that. I have another question. I am currently on Tier 2 visa which expires in October 2012. If I need to change jobs while my application is under consideration, will that be possible? Thanks in advance :)

I don’t think so you can change jobs while your application is under consideration. The conditions on your visa will still be the same until you get ILR.

You cannot.
