tier 1 general dependant visa

hi
i m currently in uk on tier 1 general visa..got recently married..my wife is here on psw visa..she went to apply for tier1 general dependant visa and when she submitted her docs,2 of my payslips had some calculations written on top..i mean i have written something with pen on top of my payslip but nothing is wrong with the contents..the guy who was collectiing the docs told my wife that there might not be acceptable by high commissiion..my wife tried to contact me from india but i couldnt receive her call and she submitted the docs..
pl let me know if this can affect in refusal of my wife's visa..
