About same day premium service

Hello,

I have a quick question. I am thinking about applying for NTL so that I can get the new biometric residence card, but if I am going to apply for NTL, I would like to go for the same day premium service instead of the mail in application. My question is this: Can I bring my English husband along with me to the appointment? He is the one who is going to be paying for the application fee, and because of that I think he will need to be there to use his credit card? Since I have never used same day premium service, I have no clue if I am allowed to bring my husband with me or not. Please someone help me about this and what I should expect.
