Hi All,

Sorry for the long post I have done earlier which was unreadable.

Please let me know, If I need to add anything else.

Following is the list of documents provided along with my Wife and son's applications.

• Dependent Applications - Form duly filled and signed.
• Passports
• Photographs
• Marriage Certificate as Relationship Evidence
• Birth Certificate as Relationship and Date of Birth Proof.

Following are the common documents.

• Last 3 Months Bank statements from HSBC Bank for Maintenance Fund evidence.
• Copy of Main applicant’s passports.
• Copy of Main applicant’s Biometric Residence permit.

Is that fine,If I provide one copy of my passport and Biometric or I need to submit 2 copies?
