Hi Sal,

No update from me, my work send another letter to them last week, but they haven't responded, its been 4 months and if I dont get it this month i will be sacked, because i wont be able to do my job properly, this is not the only problem I have, i need to renew my Travel document which it takes another 3 months I think.

I feel like whatever I have done is wasted, no hope just plodding along.

The email system has not been stopped yet, that online system is under trial and people are receiving emails, if the system starts up and running, HO will announce it.

Hello Sam, yes I have the same problem as I applied on the 1 march it's almost 3 months and 13 days I called ho as well they said the same thing that it will be decided within 6 months and I do gets monthly emails so it's not been stopped thanks.

Decided :
The decision has been posted to you. You should receive this within 10 working days. We cannot discuss this decision online or by phone.

i received work permission letter when i got biomatric i am using on work place and its working if u got too u can show them if not just ring them

Biometric has been done on 20th Feb
received monthly emails on 20th of each month (except the last one was 23rd)
then I have checked online status today which they have decided last Friday the 9th June.

Anyone who is reading this forum, PLEASE PLEASE share your status with the others, you dont know how important this is to us. I will let you know what the decision is once I have received it.

Awaiting a decision
Application status updated on 21 April 2017.
Your application has been considered and is awaiting a decision.
The order of the status is Open, Awaiting a decision and Decided regardless applications.

yes it does work royal mil tracking number at the moment but i hope it will work with other references as well near future because it just started now as u read sam,s decesion so its not dead site its working .
keep checking with other references u would b able to check sooner INSHALLAH

So I request everyone who use this service to provide a feedback and suggest for improvements(what kind of information you want to see as a status)
I have suggested "want to see progress tracker, current status and remaining waiting time for the process to go through"...
you may also suggest graphical representation of actual application process and current state of your application in that process....
Let your voice heard on other end which may reflect in final version of this service.
