Hi, can anybody help me in filling application.
To include dependants in the application there is space for one family memeber.
There is written in the form if you need more space continue in separate sheet. What does this mean? Should i print same sheet for my next family member or use extra white sheet to fill?
Or i need 3 separate application for a family of 3?

If you are applying for settlement for any
members of your family. If you need more space please continue on another sheet and send it
with your application. See guidance note 4

One question brother those who have received their BRPs. What time of the day did you receive your BRP? I heard DX normally delivery in the afternoon or evenings if that’s true?

It is highly likely that it depends on the area and the schedule of the delivery driver!!

Hi All,
congratulation to everyone who has got his ILR and good luck to every one applying ,
just wondering , what is the best way ;to apply by yourself or use solicitor , i can see the application is straightforward
I don't think you need a solicitor as all questions are straightforward. The only question which may need special consideration is "If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.?" other than that I would not spend 1000 pounds for this application. I applied by self and most of my friends did so.
Many thanks for the reply ,very much appreciated, i do agree with you that question needs a special attention , i asked some friends and they said they'd left it blank , I am confused if i just leave it blank or seek a solicitor assistance.
"If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.?"

Would:
"My husband and child are British citizens living in UK and would like to continue private & family life with them."

be a relevant/qualifying answer?

I think family life with non-dependent family members and other similar aspects are not part of guidance to caseworkers on SET(P) route... maybe I am wrong.

If the spouse and child of a refugee applying for SET(P) are British Citizens (i.e. not dependents), should they be mentioned in the application?

does it mean if you have any other reason you have not mentioned on your case before you need to mention it here , some people told me they had left it blank and never answered the question

I'd appreciate it so much if anyone could help on the question below on the SET(P) application form,
should I mention UK if i have been living here for 8 years beside mentioning the country where i was born

4.14 Please state what social, cultural and family ties you have with:
• The country where you were born
• Any other country whose nationality you hold
• Any country where you have lived for more than five years
You should tell us about any family, friends, or other connections with that country

Hi. Plz quick help and advice required. I’ve missed a Royal Mail signed for post today. Could it be something related to my application, returns docs, approval or anything relevant? I’m not expecting anything as this is a new address and I’ve only communicated it to HO about a month ago. Not even changed my bank address yet only other source that has my new add detail is my new gp. Any thoughts plz before I collect the post tomorrow?

Update:
Collected my letter. It’s my approval letter. :)

Application posted on 20 April. Biometric done 1 May. Approval letter received today 6 July. So exactly 2.5 months.

Yes. Your home country where you was born and the UK where you have been living. You have two separate question for each. You need to answer both.

Yes. If you see in the form two separate questions. One for UK and one for homecountry or third country that you may have lived.
