I have complained, sent letters - no results. They are lazy. I have been already told not to contact them and ILR has not limits, complained to my MP about their reply and behaviour, awaiting reply)))

Email address: it takes some time for them to input the application into system. Wait for 15 days

Hi Rim,
When did you send your application?

You usually receive an email within a couple of weeks from the date you post your application (letting you know that you’ll get a letter to enroll your biometrics). Again, In a couple of months you receive another email that your application is still under consideration (apparently these are regular but I only receive it once)
Hope this helps :)

Sorry CR001. Saw your email and thought better to remove. If that's ok they send emails from hocommunications @ communications.homeoffice.gov.uk

Hi PPTP,
Was it through a solicitor and only for yourself or family?
Thanks

Hi all,

Has anyone applied for their ILR through a solicitor?
I applied for mine in May through a solicitor and still waiting. I have received a couple of emails from HO and done my biometrics.
Can someone who applied during the same time share their experience?
Many thanks for your help
Hello, even though I didn't apply via a solicitor...I applied in mid May. I received an email in June and July, and I received my ILR last week. The entire process took approximately 2.5 months.

Hope this helps and hopefully yours is on its way to you.
Best wishes

I do not understand why you applied 2 days before the expiry day of your Leave to remain , you could have applied 24th April, you may have saved some time then , but i think as it is a family of 6 that might delay the process a bit , applying by yourself might be quicker then using solicitor( just my opinion as i applied by myself and my family )..
my leave to remain expires this month 15th and i applied 16th of last month , had the finger prints done and got an email from them saying my application is being considered, but it might take a while for family members,
we only wish for the best and hope for the good news

@Mahdis I applied and done my biometrics around the same time as you. All the best and keep us posted! :)
@love_GB I applied through a solicitor for myself only and I fear it can be delayed cause of the much paperwork the solicitor enclosed such as payslips, bills etc.. was very straightforward and should’ve done it myself. I’m sure we will all hear from them soon anyways. Best of luck

I did submit papers to solicitors but apparently they were so busy that applied 2 days before expiry ! The application is very straightforward but had some doubts about my daughter who is born here plus the extra sheet for other family members ! Let’s see when it’s going to be done !

Hi PPTP that's quite strange hardly heard of anyone set p application being delayed was there anything related to your application that's might effect it like obtaining country of origin passport or anything that might effect ILR but anyway will hope you 'll get it soon as the waiting is really hard I can understand. Good luck with your application though.

Hi PPTP, sorry to hear about that. The wait surely is annoying. Did they give a reason?
How did you originally apply, did you add anything to you original claim?

This is not matter of waiting, this is matter of stupidity and the efficiency how they work. they did not provide any reason at all, we need to use to it. Home Office never provide anything and never explains their actions.
I applied by post, did not put anything in the claim.

That is really frustrating , did you mention any other reasons on section 5;
""If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have
not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below""
hope you will hear good news soon
