Does it sound ok or too busy?
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thanks for your letter explaining what is needed to fulfil the requirements of the Treaty Rights under 2006 Regulations.
We are resubmitting our EEA1 and EEA2 applications together with updated documentation to fulfil the requirements of the Treaty Rights.
Mrs xxxxxx -EU citizen- is applying for EEA1 on the basis of exercising Treaty Rights as self-sufficient person.
Please find enclosed confirmation of Mrs xxxxxx being self- sufficient through the bank statements and letters from the bank on her name. Also, as mentioned in the EEA1 form (page 12 of EEA1 registration certificate) “these funds can come from the employment or self- employment of any of your family members residing in the UK with you. Documentary evidence of their employment or funds should be supplied” as requested please find 6 months bank statements and letters from the bank (the bank Manager said they could not produce bank statements for some of the savings accounts since they are accessed online only and produced us letters which were stamped and signed by the branch Manager) confirming current funds. As you can see the total balance from all the accounts for Mr xxxx is £xxxxx and for Mrs xxxx is £xxxx, which totals £xxxxx (as of 26.05.12).
EU citizen(Mrs xxxxx) has WPA CSI policy number xxxxx and it covers family members Mr xxxx- policy number xxxx and Master xxxxx- policy number xxxx. Please see page 3 of the CSI documentation details.
As requested please find enclosed confirmation of the CSI being paid on the bank statement in the name of Mr xxxxxx acc number xxxxx( balance £xxxx) dated xxxxx and named WPA Health, it’s been highlighted. The payment method is Direct Debit.
Master xxxx is Mrs xxxxx’x family member (son) and his details are included in the EEA1 form. Please find Mr xxxx Birth certificate as evidence of relationship.
Mr xxxx- Non-EU national, married to self-sufficient EU national and is applying for EEA2. Please find Marriage Registration Certificate as evidence of relationship.
To sum up we are sending you the following:
- 1 EEA1 application
-1 EEA2 application
-1 CSI for Mrs xxxx which also covers Mr xxxx and Mr xxxx
-1 Mrs xxxx 6 months bank statements plus 1 letter from the bank confirming savings balance to confirm self- sufficiency
- 2 Mr xxxx’s 6 months bank statements plus 3 letters from the bank confirming savings balance to confirm Mrs xxxxx’s self- sufficiency
- 3 passports (xxxx no: xxxx, xxx no: xxxx, xxx no: xxx)
- 6 photos
- 1 Marriage Certificate
- 1 Birth Certificate.
- 1 Letter from the Case Worker Ref: xxxx, Case ID: xxxxx
I would greatly appreciate if COA is issued “as soon as the application has been received” as per the Regulations, as my husband’s employer is asking him to leave unless he provides them with COA within a week, since they cannot wait any longer, because they need to see evidence of his right to work in UK . Since the case is already open hopefully you will be able to issue us COA soon.
Thanks again for your feedback and I hope to hear from you very soon.
Sincerely yours,
xxxxx
