Hi All,

I have recently(2 Days back) made an application for extension of leave for my wife and kid, after I got my visa extension thru PEO.Their Visa is expiring on 1st june2012.I am sure it will take quite some time by the time they get their extension.Is it legal for them to stay in UK beyond their current leave, when the application is under process with UKBA?

If they are covered Under immigration laws,Could you please name that section?
