Postal address main & dependants Tier1 extn at same time

Hello,

I am applying for visa extension of mine (Tier 1 General) and my wife and daughter's (PBS Dependants under Tier 1 category) next month.

Which postal address do I post the applications forms and relevant documents if I am applying for extensions for the three of us at the same time?

Should I post our applications to

UK Border Agency,
Tier 1,
PO Box 496,
Durham
DH99 1WQ

or

UK Border Agency,
PBS Dependants,
PO Box 506,
Durham
DH99 1WB

OR should I post mine (main applicant) to the Tier 1 address and my wife and daughter's applications (dependants) to the PBS Dependants address?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Use the top one. As the application is going with the Main Applicant. It should all go to the Top Address.

You will find address at two places in the application form.

Based on version 04/12 which is effective since 06 April 2012, has following address:

UK Border Agency
Tier 1
PO Box 496
Durham
DH99 1WQ

I also have the same question. In the new application forms the postal addresses are different for main applicant and dependants. I am applying at the same time for me and my wife, can I post them within 1 package to:

If dependants are applying at the same time as the main migrant, send the forms (together, in one envelope) to - the address mentioned in the Tier 1 (General) application form.

When dependants are applying separately, then the forms must be sent to the respective addresses:
Main applicant - to the address mentioned in the Tier 1 (General) application form
Dependant(s) - to the address mentioned in the application form for dependants of points-based system migrants
