Referee for MN1 registration application

Hi,

For one referee ( who is engaged with child professionally ), I am unable to get it done either from GP or school. School says as per their policy they can't give reference. GP is also not willing to do...What should we do?

Other reference ( any british citizen ) is ok..

Your advice/ suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I have filled in a few over the years (Veterinary Surgeon). Priest/Imam, dentist etc.

I am surprised your GP wont do it - ours charges £35!
Are there any individual teachers that will sign rather than the school?

Perhaps ask the school to put their policy in writing. That usually gets them to think again. At least you can send the letter with your application!

In fact I spoke to school teacher and requested her if she could do in her personal capacity as school name is nowhere asked....She kind of agreed and asked me to bring form when I go to pick my son at 3.00 PM..

I am sure she ( The teacher ) would not be in any trouble as she was bit apprehensive that she is breaching the school's policy...
