Sponsorship letters - where to find a template?

Dear Friends,

I am on T1 general, want to apply for my mom dad's visit visa.. please can you let me know where can i find templates of documents like sponsorship letter and sponsorship declaration?

Also i would like to know if for me it is okay to show 3 months payslips and bank statements? and my mom dad never get any pay slips, is it necessary to get account statements from their company showing pay or bank statements will do?
