British naturalization for HSMP under judiciaL reviewr

I came in in 2006 and forced to go back to pakistan in 2007.came back in 2009 under judicial review ,got my ILR IN JUNE 2010,NOW I WANT TO APPLY FOR NATURALIZATION .i am worried about the days spent in pakistan ,do they consider the days spent in pakistan for naturalization.other than the absentees all other requirements re OK.are they granting naturalization to the people like me is there any policy for people who got ILR and applying for naturalization
