I understand you have been waiting for long and apologise for any
inconveniences. Currently the majority of settlement visa applications were
on hold and waiting for a response. The judgment from the High court will
mean that, from the 28 July, the 4,000 individuals whose applications are
currently on hold, pending this judgment, will now receive a decision.
These are cases which met all the requirements apart from the minimum
income threshold and now stand to be refused. If you were refused, you may
ask for refund and make a fresh application. You can have more info by

Can you kindly tell us where you have got this information from? as there is no way they would be refunding cases on hold, i have had that emailed to me several times
'You can withdraw your application (and your document(s) will be returned to you) and you can make a fresh application when you have the required evidence. You may wish to consider doing so for example if you wish to rely on a change in circumstances or on the fact a requirement is now met which was not met at the date of the initial application. If you withdraw your application, you will not be refunded the application fee.'
that is always on the end of the emails the embassy sends
