I dont understand. if our spouses are in pakistan how can you not apply from there?omed wrote:NR...160711
Since you mentioned your time line i have calculated your time line up to today 16.10.12
From monday, 7 may 2012 to 16.10.2012
its 23 weeks and 2 days
which is 23x5=115 +2 is 117 working days
so it means no faster process has been made by UKBA they just charge you there charges which is unfair paying around £1000 for each spouse application and wait this much i would sugest every 1 if your relatives are applaying advise them to not to apply from pakistan as Turkey (istambull) aplicants are waiting 1 month my friend had applied got his visa withen 18 working days but expenses are not worth waiting this long 1 month expenses might be around £500 for couples including ev thing its worth paying the redbridge is even helps you how to fill ur app and give u ans to all questions you hv here in pak they dont even talk to you properly just they thinking that they thm self are BHC LOL
aisha21 wrote:Hi everyone,
I have also just looked at the new stats for sept processing times....
I may be being stupid here, but can someone help clarify.... for Mirpur it shows:
total decision made: 327
120 days - 34%
10, 15, 40, 60 and 90 days 1% each (5% total)
So what happened to the other circa 61%???
Because the way I read it is that if 327 cases were processed in Sept, they should show how many of those were processed in how much time and therefore the total should come to 100%?? or at least 120 days should read 100% becasue thats the max time.... why only 34% at 120 days?
I may be missing something here or reading too much into this....
Thanks for sharing this. I haven't been collecting figures since July but I did collect the August ones. The August figures you quote are not quite accurate.som1984 wrote:hey everyone,
in relation to the processing times they have got slightly worse but seem to be getting better now.
i have been keeping a count of how many decisions have been made since july for all three centres. they are as below.
July = 541
August = 338
sept = 765
as you can see they have actually more than doubled their output for sept comapred to August.
For islamabad they have made the following number of decisions
July = 183
august = 124
Septemebr = 319
For Karachi
Juy = 30
august = 24
Septemeber 22
For Lahore
July = 86
August = 63
Sept = 97
For Mirpur
July = 242
August = 127
September = 327
as you can see islamabad and Mirpur has more than doubled from august to September.

Its just a riduclous decision to refuse the visa on failing to provide land registry. What proof did u provided Ali ?. I own a house as well and i provided my solicitor letter to confirm that i am the owner of the propertyAli141 wrote:Visa was refused, they refused it on the basis that there was no land registry for the property I said I own.
I included this within the paperwork - I own 3 properties and included all 3 within this. It seems someone has overlooked it or just not bothered with it.
Any advice on what I do now?
thanks
