Hi thanks guys you may have saved me a lot of hassle and extended dissappointmentumeraali wrote:Ket1
Polio test not required, my husband obtained a TB certificate on the 10th September 2014 without any mention of Polio. Yes 28days they apparently strict on so hopefully in sha allah you are able to submit without waiting too long and evidence not more older than 28 days.

Thanks - I picked up on this because my paperwork was ready to submit as of 1st September 2014 but then waited for my last bank statement orginal before I could submit 15 days delay by the time it came and I posted to Pakistan.

I am pretty sure you can re arrange Gerry appointment, Well I sent all docs by dad to Pakistan then waited for my last bank statement to come through and sent by fedex recorded delivery cost me £53.00 just to send 1 bank statement to Pakistan but it got there on the 4th day when they promised 5 days given the Islamabad disruption so was happy in the end. Everything has to be original and within 28days.
I think telephone interviews were for english test verification I.e. For people who had applied with NTS/ ETS certificate. Not heard from anyone being interview over the phone for any other reasonzeeh wrote:Guys

I don't know why people waste time calling them expecting a decent answer. Of the 4 years I've been on this site, I think in total only 2 people were lucky enough to get through to a ECO and even then the ECO gave the standard response.Sannnnnnn wrote:Hi, No I have not called them. Do u think I should try n call. It's just that from what a lot of people have said on this forum who having tried calling I did not think there was much point. Can you please give me the number to call. I might just give it a go. Also I do meet the threshold but messed up on the evidential documentation pretty bad I think. Not my fault though my solicitor insisted it was not nesassary. Basically I have 2 jobs and one of the salaries is not paid in account. Tax etc is deducted as normal but it is paid cash in hand.
I apologise, I thought you meant July this year.Sannnnnnn wrote:The fuss is it was July 2013 so it's been over 1 year
Clearly there is some extra information about this case, something you or your solicitor hasn't been informed about. That's why you should speak to your local MP, set up a meeting and ask them, how in the hell can the UKBA take more than 2x the average processing time.Sannnnnnn wrote:14 months waiting I think that's long enough. I thought we are all here to help each other through this not judge on who has the right to create a fuss. I don't appreciate your tone

If you are of the modern age where you met your spouse long before the wedding then you'll need to have evidence of communication and the best way to do that is call records or web messenger screenshot/logs.
If however you have a marriage where you meet your spouse for the first time the day you get married, proof of subsistence is not required.
Your MP has contacted them, but they didn't reply or they didn't give a meaningful reply?Sannnnnnn wrote:My mp has emailed them over 5 times they just don't reply to him too
