STillwaiting
i cant believe u made this blunder ..u need abt 30k in ur saving ..whatever the shortfall is ..its multiplied with 2.5 ..then add that to 16k . So u just figured this out now ..? I think one shudnt rely on lawyer .. do it ur self ...

And Roger i think u should just submit ur case ..If u have already provided paper work for ur employment ..change of premises doesnt matter

Guidelines do specifically say that you need to be holding 2.5 times (plus 16K) the shortfall from £18600.

So if you are earning 13K per annum. that gives you a shortfall of 5.6K.
therefore 5.6K*2.5 = 14K
then add 16K to 14K and you get 30K.

So 30K or more is what you should have had in your account for at least 6 months prior to application. I can't see an ECO missing this point, but you never know.

I would advise you to increase your cash savings in your account now and if it does come down to reapplying you will not have to wait a further six months after making up the shortfall.

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Thanks for the advice but I actually have 27,500+ savings prior to application which i applied nearly 6 months ago but i am hoping for the best and I now have 32,000+ so if worse does come I shall re apply but I hope it doesn't come to that
