Thanks everyone for the well wishes!

Is it a requirement to have a valid TB test cert because hers has expired? and she won't be travelling to UK till January due to her brothers wedding, will that be an issue?
Congrats TangoMike

My TB test expired in agust. My wife asked couple of immigration lawyers they told TB test is only mandatory for submission of your case once you got visa .Than you dont need a valid TB test certificate to enter in the UK. But I asked immigration related people in PK they said u have to do it again.I m confused. Does anyone know about that.

There is no rule to say you must have a valid TB certificate to come to UK, so its entirely upto you.

My wife entered the UK last month and Immigration did not ask to see her TB certificate.

Guyss

Oct stats are here for Islamabad and they are friggin alarming

60 days ...7%
90 days....16%
120 days...22%

So there is no 10.days, no 15 days ..no 30 days any more..this is worse than Afghanistan ..we r so doomed..
i just checked India ..hyderabad ..and they are 100% in 60 days ..this is bulll ..

You don't need to do a TB test again. Its best to get a Polio test done before arriving to the UK.

Hi guys

Applied on 30th june. I escalated the case earlier in the month as they were not providing me tracking info I have also contacted my mp. I decided to do another track of my spouse visa through email and I have got this response:

"and found that the application has been referred to another
authority for enquiries or a final decision. Your visa application centre
or the entry clearance officer (ECO) will contact you once a decision has
been made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application. "

Has anyone else had this response? Would love it if someone could shed some light on this

this is from there financial guidance document,

go to point number

9.3.9. Income from employment as a director of a limited company in the UK of a type specified in paragraph 9(a) of Appendix FM-SE, and dividends from this type of company (where the person is a director of that company), will be counted as income under Category F or Category G.

and this point also

9.7.1. A limited company is owned by its shareholders. Where such a shareholder is also a director employed by the company, they may be paid a salary and receive dividends, which can generally be counted, as appropriate, as employment or non-employment income under Category A, Category B or Category C. However, if the company is of the type specified in paragraph 9(a) of Appendix FM-SE, the person‟s income will be considered under Category F or Category G. This is because in a company in sole or limited family ownership there is scope for doubt as to the effective control of the company, as the person is a director and shareholder or the other shareholders are family members of that person. In that case, instead of the employment evidence in Category A or Category B or the dividend evidence in Category C, we need evidence about the operation of the company.

any further help just let me know, i went through this process 4 months ago myself
Hi Abdul

Thanks for that, im confused now myself

I own all of the shares in my company, im employed as a director taking a monthly salary and dividends.

In your view should i be putting everything under Cat F then?

The reason i ask is ive asked 3 solicitors - 2 of them said cat a and cat f and 1 said just cat F

Id much appreciate if you can help

Also Evidence of registration with the Registrar of Companies at Companies House - Company reg certificate is enough for this right?

Thanks

If you use 28 October payslip then be prepared for a refusal (as recently evident by us a couple of people got refused on it). Use 26 Nov payslip with corresponding bank statement, when will the money be in your account for that payslip?
