I have the statements everyrhing with me. I honestly thought they will ask for additional documents :/ worried now lol.
June 30th 2014 - Applied for spouse visa (Pakistan)
August 11th 2014 - daughters Right of Abode applied
August 18th 2014 - Right of Abode successful
December 2nd 2014 - Spouse visa refused
December 29th 2014 - Reapplied for Spouse visa

what account are u relying on ..bussiness or urs
what figure did u get after ur self assesment ..
When all the transactions sum up in ur statements ..does it go above the threshold .

I am a sole trader. Yes brother above the threshold. Gross was £44k and net was £24475. Well above the threshold and my tax is paid too which was around £4000

Brother do you think the issue with the bank statements would be a problem? Even though income is declared on self assessment etc

Like u said before u have submitted 12 months of bussiness accoint and 6months of personal ..
ur self employment payments been coming into ur bussiness account ..so Thats all they need really ..
If ur money was coming into ur personal account Only then it wud have been à problem

all. my wife got 2 emails from bhc saying visa has been processed. any idea when she will get the call or can go to collect? what are the collection timings?

is tb test and polio required? shes pregnant so not sure..

will let you guys know the outcome

So my situation is like yours, only shareholder, director but there are 2 employees, myself and a secretary who just gets wages.

So i think i shud apply under cat F then right?

Ive got all the list of the documents sorted, just on the Evidence of registration with the Registrar of Companies at Companies House - I am gonna give Company reg certificate, that is enough for this right?

Nikha nama from union concil
Nikha nama in english
Tb certificate
English language certificate
pic that we spend time together and my wedding pics
Contract from landlord and a letter to say its encluding all utilities bills and council tax
Skype screen shot
Viber screen shot
Calling cards online purchase receipt
Online calling card credit transfer receipt to my wife bck home
Job contract and letter from employer about job position in the company and my salary that I meet the threshold of over £18600
6 months payslips
Sponcer declaration
6 months bank statements
Receipt of money transfer to my wife bck home
I can't remember some of other supporting documents coz I don't hv the application with me here now
but please my advise to those who want to apply please provide them as much documents as possible to support your application and to convince them this is my experience once again thank you very much every one from ur nice words and dua I pray for all of you who are waiting for their visas and those who Recieved there visas I wish all of you a very gd life ahead

Ah gud luck that amazing inshallah its gud news :)the collection times should be on the gerrys website n its usually one or two days until ur called so maybe tomoro inshallah !

If u didn't get call for collection within in 2days than u must go to VAC for collection. I m telling u my own experience I was also got 2 emails from BHC application has been processed 2nd your application has been concluded but they didnt bother to call me on 24th Nov I went my self to VAC they said ur passport was here since 10th November. just wait 1or 2 day .Polio certificate is mandatory .

so happy for you brother! you got the same email as me and now your visa has been granted. Inshallah my wife is picking her passport up tomorrow so it is a postitive outcome too.

I think he was in same boat as me. I have not received any emails to say visa etc has been concluded. The gerrys rang my wife. I then tracked the GWF who replied that it has been processed.
