My wife got 2 emails, one for processed and one for concluded. She also got a phone call and email from Gerry's to collect passport.

Hi Nm.123,

Thank you very much, yes I kept it low as I was really worried due to my TUPE issue in employment. I did receive 2 emails from BHC and 1 Email from Gerry's and a also call from Gerry's as well.

ahmadshah got the visa yday-applied for islamabad
silk route got it today applied for mirpur
networkers got it today applied from karachi
and zee also got called today applied from lahore

looks like there's a pattern forming!
Applied Lahore: 10 October 2013
Refused: 09 September 2014
Re-applied Lahore: 24 September 2014
Application Processed: 02 January 2015
VISA GRANTED ALHAMDULLILAH: 06 January 2015

Good to see the VACs are processing more applications.

Anyone from AUGUST Or after received rfc from MIRPUR?

Looks like a lot of people who applied from Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi VACs have recieved RFCs But mirpur is behind

Could you please guide me on the TUPE ?........Recently my company has been acquired by another company but my employment terms and condition, job title, salary andoffice location are the same as before. I have working at the same place for over a year. So did you apply with CAT A or CAT B ?

Hi HXM872,

TUPE will be considered as continued employment, I applied with CAT A. Make sure your employment letter clearly mention your start of employment date and also do provide the letter you got when you TUPEd to the new company.

Yes, I got it mentioned in the employment letter also covered it in my cover letter and in the additional notes section on the form.

Can u please tell me when did u receive the two bhc emails and after how many days did gerrys call u. I am still waiting for gerrys to call me.
