1: you have provided employment letter and payslips from ........................ the letter states that your sponsor has been employed with them since 7 nov 2013.
2: checks carried out with hmrc in th uk have revealed that they have no record of this employment having been declared to them.
3:for tax year 2013_14 hmrc records show an income of 7875 only with an employer called ........... (this is the same company it was also mentioned in employer letter) . jobseeker allowance was your sponsor's only other income during this year.
4: no employment with ............... is recorded.( he is doing job there)
5: i also note that four of the claimed monthly pay deposits from your sponsor's employer were made within a three week period.(there was cash flow issue with the company which was explained by employer in letter)
6: for tax year 2014-15 hmrc records show that employment with this employer hasd continued at a rate well below income thrashold of rules.
these are the reasons for refusal.

I also received a refusal earlier this year which stated that hmrc didnt have any records of me being employef in my current job!! It was so depressing cuz i used to work 65 hours plus sometimes in my job and It wasnt false but the immigration officers also refused it saying therefore its false documentation, i rang hmrc and they said I was working there after my refusal?? So i didnt understand why they refused it but this time before I made my application I rang hmrc and told them to send me a letter confirming where I work how much tax iv paid until date, and what date I started my employment x

if you decide to appeal against refusal of this application, the decision will be reviwed with your grounds of appeal and the supporting documents you provide. you are strongly advised to complete all sections of the form and submit all relevant documents with your notice of appeal, as it may be possible to resolve the points at issue without an appeal hearing.

Taj, did you apply through a solicitor?
You need to ring hmrc and get a letter from them like sugarplum has done.

And congrats to everyone who have got their visas recently! :)
hi do u mean the applicants documents? in that case they dont need to as u give them the original passport anyway and they see the NIC card when u go to apply so they should not have to be attested.
Thanks for replies ket1/greattaarus99 :)

The applicants passport will not need to be attested as you will be handing that over to them, the sponsors passport will need to be attested.

Hi Sannnnnnn,

Sorry for the late response, just got busy in some other bits.

As long as you provide the required letters i.e. employment letter with following details and attach the TUPE letter along with the application and also clearly mention it in your cover letter that you have been TUPEd it shouldn't be a problem.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks.
