My husband applied for the spouse visa in November 2014 and the thing is, he was living in a rented property
and its been over 3 years for him at that address.
But just last week the owner of the property told
him that he's now selling the place
Which means he will have to move..
I'm just worried if this can cause an issue for our
Spouse visa.
Is there anything that we will have to do?
Hi Hope786,
What's the current status of your application??
The landlord has decided to sell, but it will take sometime so your husband must have got another month of so depending on the tenancy agreement conditions signed??
Hi, thanks for your help
I'm not sure of what the status would be on our application, as we just recently applied.
I don't really know what his tenancy agreement conditions are but I will surely find out.
My husband stays in Multan.
The house has also had a viewing by a family, so not sure what will happen. If the worst comes to the worst then he would have to move and find another place to rent.
Also in the email that we got it stated it can take up to 6 months or more as they aren't meeting there 3 months target due to the backlog, and that it can take longer than 6 months if further checks are needed.
So don't really know, what can be done.
