Tallojani why don't u understand it say lowest level of annual salary not monthly so for the first 3 months if u are on a annual salary for £15000 a year and last 3 months it's £18600 I will not get the visa as they will look at the lowest annual salary which is £15000 IT'S THE ANNUAL SALARY NOT MON THEY SALARY !

We need to understand where did the £15000 figure came from in this example, in my understanding it came from the payslips. Answer this if you had payslips for 1400+1400+1400+1700+1700+1700 do you meet the threshold? if you answer yes then am afraid you are wrong because twice I was refused on this basis under category A salaried employment for same employer. can you explain this on third attempt when all my 6 payslips were £1551 then I was given the visa, why?

You are being judgemental, I have read back my quotes I do agree sometimes they are harsh comments but they are straight to the point. I cant lie to people just to ease their pain especially when in my opinion they are making the same mistakes as I did by submitting payslips that were below £1550. As far as I am aware, all advices given are opinions only (unless supported by sources), one should do their own research.

I sincerely apologise for saying you should be pleasing Allah swt, I should not have said that. You are a good girl but please don't judge. Allah swt knows best

Hi everyone, I am new on this website. I have been trying for days to register on this forum but for some reason it wouldn't let me with my email address.

My wife's visa was submitted on the September 12th 2014 and we have received just two emails in two days.

Yesterday's emails said this

'Dear Customer,
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE. THIS MAILBOX IS NOT MONITORED.
This is an email to confirm that your UK visa application has been processed and will now be returned to the Visa Application Centre for collection.
You will be contacted when your passport and documents are ready for collection. Please do not go to the Visa Application Centre before they have contacted you.
You are reminded that you should avoid making travel plans until you have collected your passport.
If you need to contact us you can do so via our International Enquiry Service http://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-outside-uk
Kind regards,
UK Visas and Immigration
British High Commission Islamabad
http://www.gov.uk/ukvi
UK Visas and Immigration is an operational command of the Home Office'

and today's email said this

'Dear ******** ,

The processed visa application for GWF reference number - gwf00000000 was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 1/9/2015 3:45 PM .
If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.
If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.
Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.'

From reading on this forum, most people are saying if you don't get an email which has a reference number then that means you have been refused? is that true? as I obviously have not received that email, is there any hope?

Thank you

Thanks, it is a miracle if you add your 6 payslips (639+2005+1400+1300+1320+1700) = 8364 divide by 6 and multiply by 12= 16728.00 your annual salary based on your payslips.
if you did have an over time pay of £1440 and you add it to annual salary (16728+1440= 18168.00) you clearly fall under the £18600 threshold, you are exceptional.
If we went by the example they gave in their guidelines then
your first 3 months (639+2005+1400= 4004 if this was taken as your lowest pay then 4004 divide 3 = 1348 monthly and 16176 yearly. Again fallen under the threshold even if you add the overtime.
if your last 3 months payslips were used in calculation (1300+1320+1700 = 4320 divide 3 = 1440 monthly and 17280 yearly. If you add the 1440 overtime to this then your annual salary comes to 17280+1440 = 18720 this is over the threshold.
You are exceptional and you the know the reason why.
May Allah swt make it easy for us all
