For a child overseas in pak if father is British before then apply for right of abode/British passport but still £18600.
£22400 is only if child is born overseas and you need a visa for the child too.
If normal employment it is gross before tax salarytaimoorkiani41 wrote:pls send me some answers,if u don't mind.humawakas2014 wrote:If the baby is born in England? No change stick to £18600.taimoorkiani41 wrote:Now my question is ,

They calculated gross annual salary or net salary,
Means, before tax or after tax ?to meets the financial requirements 18600

Well basically I have just recently declared as I have never paid tax on this before because I was not employed and never earned enough to be taxed.
But I gave no papers nothing to show iv declared can someone please help?
ok you knw what I don't want no beef with no1 on this forum I'm just hier for visa support.gucci9 wrote:just to clarify things I wasnt on about you? Not once did I mention you?
Rental income has to be done for 12 months if I remember correctly and declared to hmrc so it can be taxed. Therefore has to be declared for atleast 12 months and have 12 months bank statements to show rental income going into account. You seriously need a better solicitor if he didnt advise you this.gucci9 wrote:Heyyy all got a question for anyone who has used rental income as 1 of their sources of income or if anybody knows anything about this source

Why are you stuck on the 28 day rule? Iv explained pay slips and bank statements have to be within 28 days when online application is submitted.gucci9 wrote:humawakas2014 wrote:Rental income has to be done for 12 months if I remember correctly and declared to hmrc so it can be taxed.
