Now my question is ,
Is there any change in rule of income,if the baby is born in england,is it still required 18600,or 22400

If the baby is born in England? No change stick to £18600.

For a child overseas in pak if father is British before then apply for right of abode/British passport but still £18600.

£22400 is only if child is born overseas and you need a visa for the child too.

If self employed it is gross net before tax is applied

Rental income has to be done for 12 months if I remember correctly and declared to hmrc so it can be taxed. Therefore has to be declared for atleast 12 months and have 12 months bank statements to show rental income going into account. You seriously need a better solicitor if he didnt advise you this.

In regards to 28 day rule. No pay slip or bank statement can be older then 28 days at the time of online application subkission

Why are you stuck on the 28 day rule? Iv explained pay slips and bank statements have to be within 28 days when online application is submitted.

Also in regards to rental income itl be better someone else who has used it to assist you. When reading the rules it says the gross rental income can be used Aslong as appropriate tax is paid. So I'm not sure 100%

Maybe speak to an accountant and see what he says too
