LOL! you have asked about the 28 day rule continously! It's the date of the online submission of application! Everyone has tried to help you.

Stop throwing a childish tantrum when you post a question and don't get an instant reply. We all are in the same boat. Use the search tool at the top of the forum and look for answers.

Many people have said even start your own thread. If you want a quick answer go pay a solicitor and ask as many as you like. Appreciate the help you get on here! People go out of their own way to help you and it doesn't cost a penny.

Read the guidelines, look through the forum and have a search all your answers will be there.

Gucci - if you believe the forum is not helping (ive been on the forum since June, never have i seen anyone say this doesnt help), then i think you need to go find a real solicitor to help you because the 'solicitor' you say you have must be bloody useless!
I've stuck up for you before but you're just takin the mick now - theres a way of asking for help and you are just rude.

Grow up!

Salam guys

I have recently applied for my hubbys visa just wondering if anyone can help me out??

Applied from isb
Online app: 21st jan 2015
Bio & submitted: 30th jan 2015

My questions are as follows:

1) my salary is £22k (over 2 jobs)
Last salary was start of Jan ( but was less as i left work due to maternity leave on the 1st december)

I was blessed with a beautiful boy in december 2015 so does the visa application get affected if at the time of processing i am only maternity leave and only getting statuory maternity pay which is £138 per week or will they work of my salary??

And also is it a guarantee hubby will get visa if we have a child together

Please guys anyone can guide me would be appreciated

Guys there seems to be a lot of hostility towards others due to conflicting information. Please try to relax... Firstly always check the help anyone is giving U... Always confirm things before doing.

Like I said prepare and do your research first. The girl who is shouting at everyone. You still have time you should not panic you can always reschedule your appointment. You have started requested help after submitting online. In hindsight you should ask all the questions before but don't worry we have all been there.

I find it hard that everyone is convinced that the 28 day rule is tied to the date is online submission... Think about it, the online application discusses only the applicant and the people connected to the applicate, parents and spouce and sponsor. It never asks you about financials. These questions are only answered on paper therefore they will only know about this info after you hand documents in! I think it's clear to see that your documents must be most upto date when you hand them in because you can book and pay online 2 or so months on advanced if I remmber clearly... And obviously financial situation can change in a month or 2 so they want you to prove everything is spot on right upto of he date they start looking at your application.

Anyways believe what you want most of the visa application is common sence once you get your head around all th requirements. If you think im talking nonsense it's not my issue all that info I provided got my wife the visa, so I don't see how I'm wrong.

Thanks a good luck

I have confirmed with 2 lmmigration lawyers that this 28 days rule applies from the day of online application, believe who you want.

@gucci if your last payslip is 27th of january then in my estimation you're well covered.
