Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

A couple of urgent questions:

I bank with natwest, they dont provide me with bank statements or certify my online statements, they will only provide transaction history. Has anyone had problems with Natwest transaction history (instead of the paper bank statements) for spouse visa? Has ECO picked on this before in anyones case or do they accept it? I want to know if they have previous rejected people because of this?

Also I am applying under CAT B, even though I am salaried. This is because I took some unpaid leave so one month salary is less than others, gross is the same but the unpaid leave is deducted. Has in anyones case the ECO refused them because they applied under different category?

I am worried guys so if you have any experience positive or negative please share.

My husband is going to collect his pasport in the morning. UK time will be around 4/5am I am so nervous. Just that feeling you can't help! Is there anyone who has got 2 emails with 176**** ref and not got the visa? Is 176*** ref certain for visa?

I've already been to my branch they said they cant provide any letters! What did you say to convince them? Did you take your online statements, made appointments beforehand? If i say the right thing maybe the bank manager will feel more sympathetic!

Are you sure about this? I checked UKVI website a few days ago and it did say 28 days still applies! I would double check everything a solicitor says because I;ve heard many stories where ppl were rejected because of a solicitors fault.

Are you sure about this? I checked UKVI website a few days ago and it did say 28 days still applies! I would double check everything a solicitor says because I;ve heard many stories where ppl were rejected because of a solicitors fault.

28 days does apply ... If it goes over the 28days then. Ur visa will be refused !
And gucci's solicitor clearly doesnt know the rules ! Gucci really need to get urself a proper solicitor who knws what hes doing

Yeah sure.. i did applied for the first time at September 9th, 2013 and it was refused on the basis of English language requirement on May 21st, 2014.
They took a long time to process my visa 1st time.

hope every1 is well, my husband has nearly prepared his documents inshalah we will submit the documents by this month inshalah. We got married in august 2014 - my husband received holiday pay during this month the same he would receive as every other month. However on the employer letter it doesn't say holiday pay and i dont think it say this on the pay slip .. should we get this changed by his employers

As it was a paid holiday and he was paid the same ammount as other months, it is fine the payslip doesnt have to mention the holiday.

Visa was refused but it had nothing to do with my online statements as they were fine ...
I went into the branch and spoke to the manager and told her exactly what it was for and also took my online bankstatements with me .. She said that she will write a letter to confirm the online statements for me and i went to collect the letter of her the next day

Hmmmm it must of been someone else that had this issue, not me.
All I know is that financial docs cant be more than 28 days old - dont listen to guccis solicitor Allah na vastay! And then clock starts ticking once the online application is made..

I always thought it was 28 days from biometrics date but allhumdulliah i had it all within the correct timeframe anyway.

Hwyy every one can someone please confirm after the date of documents submission how long you get an email?

The first email you ill get is after 1 day stating your documents have been received at BHC, the next email you'ill get is when your application is processed!

Date of application on refusal letter: 14/04/2014
Correct Date of application: 20/01/2014
Date of Refusal on letter: 29/09/2013

Yes if they say that i applied on 14/04/2014 then i need to provide 6 months bank statements but since we applied in January and this 6 months rule came only after February 2014. But they never bothered to ask for additional 3 months bank statements and reject it. They know it very well that my income is 32k. They just need an excuse to refuse cases.

yes you are right they need an excuse to refuse and unfortunately you gave them one. You had to submit 6 months payslips with 6 months bank statements. You are wrong saying that this rule has come out in feb 2014, it actually came out in 9th July 2012 when the income threshold went to £18600. We applied first time back in oct 2012 I clearly remember reading the rules being 6 payslips with 6 months bank statements.
