Status updates come from HGS and visa confirmation or concluded emails come from BHC. Gerry only deals with documents collections and returns. Can you tell us what was the processed email you received? As some of us have received concluded email from HGS.

Exact wording if possible please, as I received the status update saying decision making centre says application concluded and will be returned to vac. Sometimes they have a clue n them, if anything about visa is mentioned. I got status update on 6th feb.

Salaam,
Hope you all are well :)

I'm really happy to see that you all are getting updates, either its processed or its being processed.
In Sha Allah I pray that you get good news very soon :)

I've not heard anything.
I'm keep getting back that its still in the queue for the ECO to carry out there further checks & enquires.

I'm just thinking, how it can stay in the queue for this long :(
It should at least say that its under process....

I wish they can give a clearer answer :(

I'm bit worried about my visa coz I've applied for the 2nd time on 5 November 2014 in lahore.
But the thing to worry is that my husband's last pay slip which I submitted, was over 28 days (May to September).

Application escalated on 16 January
22nd January: initial pre assessment and verification conducted. ..

I haven't heard anything yet :( I'm really worried about my visa :(
Rudy786 I guess u've the same case as mine!
Have you heard anything about the visa progress?

Heyyy hun
Just to say that my solicitor did say that the 28 days rule doesn't exist so that's 1 thing that got me confused even more

Insha'Allah you'll be fine just pray

Also can you please confirm why you got rejected the first time?
X
Are you sure about this? I checked UKVI website a few days ago and it did say 28 days still applies! I would double check everything a solicitor says because I;ve heard many stories where ppl were rejected because of a solicitors fault.

Yes I think my soliciter was useless!!!

But thanks to this forum I have fixed myself and my papers up.

Can someone who has been rejected because of the 28days rule confirm to me if this was 28days before the online application or the date of documents submitted?

Thanks
x

The first email you ill get is after 1 day stating your documents have been received at BHC, the next email you'ill get is when your application is processed!

Thanks for confirming im guessing its the email we use for our online application?

So that must be the same email that is used for when people are getting the reference emails right ?

Thankx x

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status GWF and date of birth and found that your application form is being processed. Your visa application centre or the entry clearance officer will contact you
once a decision has been made or, if necessary, during the consideration of
your application.

Does anyone bank with natwest? Did you submit "transaction history"? What did you submit instead of bank statements? Natwest wont provide bank statements :( I want to know if they accept transaction history

However on the employer letter it doesn't say holiday pay and i dont think it say this on the pay slip .. should we get this changed by his employers
wsalaam
sis it shouldn't be a problem as i did not mention this info either on my letter or payload as it wsnt a problem
they should understand annual leave is available for all working people
also u have proof he visited u (passport stamps) so i don't see it being a problem if the pay is the same anyway as i reckon it should only be explained if the pay was different due to taking off unpaid leave
all the best for ur application :)

I bank with natwest, they dont provide me with bank statements or certify my online statements, they will only provide transaction history. Has anyone had problems with Natwest transaction history (instead of the paper bank statements) for spouse visa? Has ECO picked on this before in anyones case or do they accept it? I want to know if they have previous rejected people because of this?

Also I am applying under CAT B, even though I am salaried. This is because I took some unpaid leave so one month salary is less than others, gross is the same but the unpaid leave is deducted. Has in anyones case the ECO refused them because they applied under different category?

I am worried guys so if you have any experience positive or negative please share. :(

Appreicate your advice
hey sory i dont bank with natwest so wont be able to answer ur first query

I please explain so i can help do u get paid exactly the same each month? as if this is the case i think u should wait for all ur payslips to b over 1550 before applying. as u cannot apply under a different category if u dont meet its criteria as unfortunately thy can still refuse
