What about, a letter from your parents/landlord giving you permission to stay at the property (unless you got your own house)
Letter of sponsorship?
Were your payslips and bankstatements original or printed online? If printed, did you get them stamped and or a cover letter?
TIMELINE

Spouse Visa (Entry Clearance) granted on 20-02-15
FLR-M (Extension) granted on 24-08-17
ILR (SET-M) not due until 2020

Some applicants do receive random calls asking random questions about your marriage. My wife didn't receive any call or nor did she need to give an interview.

Apparently, they also do checks with the local council + possible background checks on both spouses etc…

My husband has his own house. Yes he also wrote a letter of sponsorship. Bank statements were original through the post but also got them verified and the manager wrote a letter and stamped the letter. The payslips were given to my husband from work and they were original.

Ok that's good, you're sorted. But originals don't need to be stamped and you don't need a letter from the bank either.

Hey sis

You know when your employer paid no tax what did you do ? Why did your employer not pay your tax ! Iv been reading these posts Alot of people are having issues with HMRC and Tax - before submitting your application its worth ringing HMRC and make sure your employer is paying your tax! Because they do check with HMRC so its better to get this issue resolved before.

Hey at that time I didn't know, until after the refusal, we checked with hmrc and found out employer hadn't paid my tax, he was after the money, he did that to a few other ppl and some one even reported him lol ill expose him after this visa application lol there wasn't much we could do accept make him pay the tax, so he did eventually but even then he had me down as working for another company, he was an accountant so he could do that!
My new employers paying tax on time, because I received letter from SLC so i know its being paid :)

I know it's too soon but hoe do I track my application do I have to email them ?

I thought you can just fill in the details and it would show you?

Will I need to email to track my application? .
Please confirm x
Looks like you received the email, but didn't read it, because all the information is in the email.

Yes, you need to email them, via the link they give in the email.
TIMELINE

Spouse Visa (Entry Clearance) granted on 20-02-15
FLR-M (Extension) granted on 24-08-17
ILR (SET-M) not due until 2020
