Hi everyone
I want to ask, I got a email from the UKVI saying
That the case is under process, initial pre assessment completed, under process for further enquires.

How long do you think it will be from now to get a answer?

Nervous1 yes he can come to the uk within 3 months of date of the visa, its only if u applied online on or after 18th march that you have to travel within 30 days but that does not apply to your husband. Hope that helps

Seems a bit odd to receive an email on a weekend but then someone else received their processed email on sun 22/03/15 and another received an email around 9 pm UK time which is also odd.

Can somebody help?

I am applying through DLA, my income from DLA weekly is £73. Which is a short fall of the £113 required weekly. However I have savings over £20,000 plus a job of an annual salary of £15,000 (£250 weekly roughly) . I have provided 5 and half months bank statements with DLA shown coming in plus my wages. However My last wage slip was given to me mid March, and is not on the last bank statement provided as this was not due till later and all my documents had been sent. All other months the DLA and wage slips are there...Should I explain this to them? Or will it be okay? I have read that with DLA only 1 bank statement is required? I have also sent the bank statement for the £20,000 as these are my savings from previous employments. Please shed light on this?

HELP HELP PLEASE

Hope you all hear good news soon, I need some help regarding filling the application. I did my Nikah online in 2012, but marriage was consummated in last December. So according to marriage certificate it is in 2012, Is it the same date I have to mention in the application for marriage date ? would they object how marriage was done while I was in UK. ???? ANY Help will be appreciated.

I would suggest dont mention ur online nikkah as it wont b accepted. Use ur nikkah dates and show ur photos as if nikkah happened at that time. Coz its a must to be physically present for marriage.

Thanks for reply, But I have to mention my Marriage date as online nikah date , cause marriage deed and passport is of the same date. Nikkah is official marriage in documents you cannot change it.

Good luck to you - hope you hear something soon!

@aminoacid88 Have you tried ringing them and asking them why is it taking this long as it had been processed 2 weeks ago? Must be really difficult knowing hat it has been processed but not yet received a visa, hope you do get a positive reply this week.
